He is the beloved son of the late Chelliah and Thangammah,

Kind and loving brother of the late Rasammah and Rasiah, and also of Annammah,
Loving brother in law of the late Maheswary and also of Lakshmiammah (Sri Lanka),
Also, the loving brother in law (Sahalan) of the late Appathurai, and also of Nadarajah,
Ever loving father of Puvaneswary (deceased), Ganeshalingam (deceased), Thilageswary (Canada), Selvadevi (Canada), Yogeswary (Swiss) and Rajeswary (Canada),
Loving father in law of Sinnathurai (Amman, Former Lab Assistant -American Mission School, Udupiddy), Puvaneswary (Swiss), Kanagaratnam (Former, Sri Lankan Police Officer -Canada), Sundaralingam (Owner -Samy & Sons -Canada), Kalaseelan (Swiss) and Ganesharajah (Canada),
Affectionate grandfather of Gnanavel, Sakthyvel, Krishnadevi, Senthivel, Krishnaveni, Sivananthavel, Amalan, Abhishan, Nithiya, Nimalan, Muhilan, Rajmohan, Suganya, Roshani, Pirarthana, Mithula, Ahila and Venuyan,
Dearly loving great grandfather of Ragulan, Sahilan, Abhilan, Arabi, Seran, Brana, Divya, Aruya, Lakshi, Akshivan, Yubidshan, Dinesh, Ashwini, Lena, Danika, Keshika, Thanisha, Jedan and Ariya.
