Mr. Aloysius Domingupillai Christy, who was born in Jaffna, and lived in Vaughn, Canada, passed away peacefully in Canada, and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 23 March 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Saverimuthu Domingupillai and Margaret,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. P. Joseph and Cecilia Joseph,
Beloved husband of Anette (Rajes; Former Teacher, St. Lawrence Elementary School, Wellawatte),
Ever loving father of Jude (Pratheep), Rosemary (Renuka) and Pete (Dileep) all in Canada,
Loving father in law of Chitra (Chithi) and Rohani (Kanmani),
Kind and loving brother of the late Rubi Francis Xavier (Jeyam), Getrude (Mani; Trincomalee),
Anton Domingupillai (Colombo), Latticia (Thevi; Colombo) and Maple (Rosi; USA),
Loving brother in law of the late D. Francis Xavier and Victor Nicholas, and also of Puvila
Domingupillai (Colombo), Nicholas Jeyanathan (Colombo), Anton Phillipupillai (USA), the late
Victor Swampillai- Jeyasothy Swampillai (Canada), Dr. Arulraj – Dr. Theresa Joseph (UK), and the
late Jeyaraj Anna Joseph (Canada),
Affectionate grandfather of Jeremy (Haran), Jasmine (Swetha), Lionel (Rishi) and Julie (Ovia).
