Mrs. Aloysius Doreen Slevarani Jeyamannan, who was born in Soorawathai, Chunnakam, Jaffna, and lived in Wattala, and Mamoolai, Mullaithivu passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Wednesday, 30 March 2022.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Dr. Sangarapillai and Thangatchipillai.
Beloved wife of the late Aloysius Jeyamannan (PHI).
Kind and loving sister of Thavarajah (PHI), Pushparani (deceased), Mahendran, Ravindran, Pulendran, Rajednran, Vijayalakshmi, Jeyalakshmi and Rajalakshmi.
Ever loving mother of Gregory Jeyachandra (Well Known Reporter, Australian Broadcasting Corporation) (87 O/L, 90 A/L), Patrick Jeyakumar (89 O/L, 92 A/L) and Godfrey Jeyaruban (92 O/L, 95 A/L). All of the above Old Students of Union College have been financially contributing extensively to the growth of the School.
Loving mother in law of Ann Jeyakumari, Delina and Sangeetha.
Affectionate grandmother of Jeyden, Johan, Joan, Jane, Jenoshini, Jenomi, JEvonshi, Anica and Jedrilan.
Her remains will be surrendered at the St. Anothny’s Church in Mamoolai, Mullaithivu, on Friday, 01 April 2022, followed by internment in the afternoon.
