Born in Colombo, worked in Jaffna & Lived in Colombo at 41/3, Jeyasewana Mawatha, Kalubowila.
He was the devoted husband of Pushparani Manuel, the cherished father of Smith Manuel (Dubai), Joy Manuel (UK), Sherene Menuka Manuel (daughter), the beloved father-in-law of Jude Sarvananthan, Radhika Joy Manuel (UK), Premala Smith (Canada) and the much-loved grandfather of Thanusha Prashanth, Catherine Mary Smith, Sam Timmothy Smith, Jude Lakshan, Jude Leesaha, Leona Manuel, Leah manuel, loving brother of Monica (Canada), Jasmin (Sri Lanka), Herman (Canada), Roma (USA), Zainab (Sri Lanka).
The remais will at Jeyaratne Funeral Parlour Kalubowila, 21st July from 8.30 am and Burial will 22nd July 2026 at 2.00pm Kohuwala Cemetry.
