He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Appukuddy and Manickam,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chellappah and Suntharam,
Beloved husband of the late Rajeswary,
Kind and loving brother of Gunaratnam and Rasiah (deceased),
Ever loving father of Karunaharan (London), Rajakaruna (London), Chandrakaruna (Colombo),
Devika (France) and Lenuka (Batticaloa),
Loving father in law of Vinothini (London), Ilamathy (London), Tharaka (Colombo), Prasanna (France) and Jageethan (Batticaloa),
Loving brother in law of Packiyam (deceased), Nesammah, Thanabalasingam (deceased),
Mangaleswary, Rajakulasingam and Yogeswary (Canada),
Also the loving brother in law (Sahalan) of Poomani, Ambikanithy (deceased), Thanalakshmi and
Selvanathan (Canada),
Affectionate grandfather of Divya, Harini, Pranavi, Mithulesh, Mithunya, Tharukesh, Yathursha,
Sapthana, Sajana, Pranika and Easwary.
His remains will lie in state for viewing at the Jayaratne Funeral Parlour, Borella, on Saturday, 06 February 2021 from 01:00 PM to 06:00 PM, with the funeral and final rites functions conducted
on Sunday, 07 February 2021 from 08:00 AM to 1:30 PM, followed by Cremation at around 3:30 PM at the Kanatte Hindu Cemetery, Borellla.
