Mr. Apputhurai Velupillai, who was born in Vaddukoddai, Jaffna, and lived in Wellawatte, Colombo, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 13 April 2021.
He is the beloved husband of the late Rajalakshmi.
Ever loving father of V. Yogeswary (deceased), V. Thirunavukarasu (Accountant) and V.
Shanthini (former Vice Principal, Hindu College, and former Principal, Hindu Ladies College).
He is an Old Student of Jaffna College and a Retired Inland Revenue Assessor.
