Mrs. Arudchelvi Nanthakumar, who was born in Veemankamam North, Jaffna and lived in Canada, passed away peacefully at the age of 58, and was embraced by God on Monday, 17 January 2022. She is an Old Student of Union College (79 O/L, 82 A/L).
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. Kumarasingm, retired Police Officer and Mrs. Thangammah,
Beloved wife of Mr. Nanthakumar (Canada),
Ever loving mother of Saheen and Jarshini (Canada),
Kind and loving sister of Mr. Arunthavanathan (72 O/L, 75 A/L, Retired Cooperative Deputy Director, Jaffna) and Mr. Ravindranathan (74 O/L, 77 A/L, Retired Cooperative Deputy Director, Vavuniya), both old Students of Union College and all round Sportsmen,
Loving sister in law of Arunthavanathan Gajavathani and Ravindranathan Vasuki (Teacher).
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted according to Hindu rites at Ajax in Canada, on Thursday, 20th January 2022.
