He is the beloved son of the late Kandiah and Sountharipillai Nagammah.

Ever loving father of Yalini, Lingan, Baskar, Lalitha and Ellalan.
Loving father in law of Rasalingam, Geetha, Nancy, Vasudevan and Thavagowri.
Kind and loving brother of the late Nadarajah and Rajalakshmi, and also of Saraswathy, Kayilayanathan, Ranjithadevi, Mylvaganam (deceased), Maheswary, Loganayagam, Perinpanayagam, Mohanathas and Kalamathi.
Loving brother in law of the late Pooranam, Devasagayam, Ratnasingam and Thiyagarajah, and also of Pushpaleelavathy, Pathmavathy, Manickavasagar, Saraswathy, Gowridevi, Maheswary, Ravindran, Parasakthy, the late Thiyagarajah, Thanalakshmi and Mylvaganam, and also of Logambigai, Vanniyasingam and Manoharani.
Affectionate grandfather (Thaathaa) of Janagan, Sahana, Nirmalan, Ananthigai, Sathiya, Archana, Nathan, Meena (Channelle), Sriram, Meera, Jeevithan and Arun.
