Mr. Arumugam Sabanayagam, who was born in Neervely, Jaffna and lived in Inuvil South,Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Sunday, 23 January 2022.
He is the beloved second son of the late Arumugam and Nagammah,
Loving son in law of the late Ramanathan and Thevambigai,
Beloved husband of the late Kodeswary,
Ever loving father of Balamurali (Teacher, J/ Elalai Sri Murugan Vidyalayam), Bavani (Teacher, Vavuniya, Saivapragasa Ladies College), Ramani (Development Officer, Colombo), Thayani (Teacher, J/ Central College) and Mohanamurali (Technical Officer, Sarugaya Building Organization),
Loving father in law of Guruparan, Prasanna, Sasiharan and Lakshayini,
Kind and loving brother of the late Rasanayagam and Selvarani, and also of Kulendranayagam,
Loving brother in law of Puvaneswaran, Senthilkumaran, Kumarasivam and Baskaran,
Affectionate grandfather of Janani, Tharangini, Janavi, Ragavi, Vakshapriyan, Shailaja and Nakshitha.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at around 11:00 AM on Monday, 24 January 2022, and the remains will be taken for cremation to the Seeyakadu Hindu Cemetery in Neervely.
