Mr. Arumugam Velupillai, who was born in Varany, Jaffna, and lived in Urumpirai, Jaffna, and later in Toronto, Canada, passed away peacefully in Canada, and was embraced by God on Friday, 27 August 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Arumugam and Sinnapillai,
Loving son in law of the late Sinnathamby and Muthammah,
Beloved husband of Sivasothy,
Kind and loving brother of the late Sinnatchi, Sinnathamby and Kandiah Kumaravelu,
Ever loving father of Lingarajah (Australia), Uthayakumar (Canada), Jeyanthi (Canada), Sunatha (Australia), Kugadasan (Kukku, London) and the late Senthil,
Loving father in law of Nirmalan (Australia), Bamathy (Australia) and Sakthikala (London),
Loving brother in law of Malarsothi (London), Jegasothy (Sri Lanka), Shanmugarajah (Sri Lanka), Arulsothy (Sri Lanka), Kalasothy (India) and the late Maheswary, Nagarajah and Kalaichelvi,
Affectionate grandfather of Praveena, Sanjeev, Nirupan, Tharaniya, Gopikrishna, Karthika, Iyngaran, Gajan, Sharanya and Shivani,
Dearly loving great grandfather of Amaya and Ahila.
