Mr. Balasubramaniam Gnanenthiram, who was born and lived in Bangala Lane, Mallakam, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 17 June 2021.
He is the beloved grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. K. T. Kandiah (Suthumalai) and Nallammah, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Arumugam and Mangayarkarasi,
Beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. Balasubramaniam and Theivanayaki (Papa),
Kind and Loving brother of Kugendran (Ranji; Swiss), Thanendran (Baby; London) and Niranjani
(Chella; London),
Loving brother in law of Sujathadevi (Swiss), Logini (London) and Ganeshathasan (London),
Caring uncle (Periyappah) of Atheesh, Vishwa and Kaviya,
Cherished uncle (Mama) of Nitharshan and Mahima,
Loving nephew of Sundaralingam (Canada), the late Dr. Sivapatham (Kugan Hospital) and
Thambapillai (Namibia),
Also the loving nephew (foster son) of Gengakulathilagam (Canada), Kugadas (London), and the
late Kumarasamy and Kanagaratnam,
Loving cousin (Matchaan) of Suganthini (Shantha; Singapore), Mayuran (London), Shyamala
(Mala; Colombo), Yasothini (Colombo), Prashanthan (Canada), Geetha (London), Gokulan(Namibia), Niragulan (London) and Sathyagulan (Namibia),
Dearly loving cousin brother of Mythili (Canada), Kandeepan (Canada), Janakan (London) and
Athavan (London).
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence, as per hygienic guidelines, on Friday, 18 June 2021 at around 09:00 AM followed by Cremation at the Mallakam Hindu Cemetery.
