Bernadette Inthu Nona Nicholas, age 68, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2026.
Born on July 21, 1958, in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Bernadette was the beloved wife of Arulraj (Rasu) Richard Nicholas and the devoted mother of Marylin Niwethaa Nicholas.
Bernadette was a loving wife, mother, and friend whose warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched the lives of those around her. Her family was at the heart of everything she did, and she showed her love through the many ways she cared for the people closest to her.
She found happiness in the simple things that made a home feel full of love: spending time in her garden, caring for her family, and preparing delicious meals for the people she cherished. Her generosity and nurturing nature will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Bernadette will be deeply missed, but the love she gave so freely, the memories she created, and the countless ways she cared for those around her will remain with her family and loved ones forever.
May she rest in eternal peace in the mercy of Almighty God.
