Mrs. Chelvanayagi Balasubramaniam was born in Wellawatte Colombo on the 4^th of May 1932 and lived in Ariyalai Jaffna, currently lived in Oslo Norway. She passed away peacefully on the 25th of August 2024 in Oslo.

She was the beloved daughter of late Ganapathipillai & late Chinnammah, devoted daughter-in-law of late Singapore Muttiah & lateRasammah. Beloved wife of late Singapore Balasubramaniam.

Loving mother of Selvi, Balaselvathi, Balanayaki, Thaiyalnayaki, late Selvabala, Balasaraswathy, and beloved mother-in-law of Srikanthan& Umesh.

Devoted sister of late Pushparajah, late Gunanayaki, late Savuntharanayaki & late Durairajah.

Devoted sister-in-law of late Kamalathevi (Mani), late Mahadeva, late Shanmuganathan, Sugunawathy, late Thevaki & late Balaraman.

She was the doting Chinnammah of Jeyaratnam, Mahendran, Logendran, late Lalitha, Nirmala, late Vasanthan & Chanchala (Chinchi), &doting Periammah of Mathavan & Seeralan, and an affectionate Mami of Rahulan, late Rathimohan, late Rajani, Nalini, Jeyakumar, Rathi,Malathi & Shanthi.

She was a very very loving grandmother of Roshika, Praveen, Praneen, Angelika, Archuna Owen, Ilaxmanaa Adam, Prsni, Vernon & AndreaSanthi.

Beloved great-grandmother of Preston and Philip.
