Mr. Chinniah Balasundaram, who was born in Kokuvil, Jaffna, and lived in Colombo, Batticaloa, Vavuniya, Nedunkerny and later in London, passed away and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 01 December 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chinniah and Packiyam,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kandasamy and Rasathiraviyam,
Beloved husband of Rathi,
Ever loving father of Kumanan and Thiruvannan,
Kind and Loving brother of the late Thurairajah and Kanagarajah,and also of Mathiyavarnam,Thilagavathy and the late Paramasamy (Panchu),
Loving father in law of Banumathy and Gayathri,
Loving brother in law of Kamaleswary and the late Maheswaran,
Also the loving brother in law (Aththan) of Tharmakulasingam (Tharma), Jeyaweerasingam (Rasa), Gunaratnasingam (Thurai), the late Navaratnasingam (Chandran), Vasuki (Shakthi), Yogamalar (Yoga) and Kalaimagalchelvi (Rosa),
Affectionate grandfather (Appappah) of Venthan, Tharun, Revian and Shavanya.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted on Monday, 07 December 2020 in accordance with the current governmental guidelines.
