Mr. Chinniah Manivannan, who was born in Thambalady, Polykandy East, Jaffna and lived in Dehiwala, Colombo, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Sunday, 11 July 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. Chinniah (Retired Chief Clerk, Regional Secretariat, Point Pedro) and Mrs. Selvamalar,
Beloved husband of Gowri,
Kind and Loving brother of Inpamalar (Teacher, J/Valvai Sivaguru), Mathivathani (Swiss),
Sivachelvi (Lecturer, University of Vocational Technology, Ratmalana) and Mayuran (London),
Loving brother in law of Srikumaraparan (Teacher, J/ Kottawathai Government Tamil Mixed School), Baheerathan (Swiss), Rudran (Lecturer, University of Vocational Technology) and Tharani (London),
Loving uncle (Mama) of Kiruthika (HNB, Head Office), Senthuran, Naveenan (Swiss), Matheenan (Swiss), Sangavi and Sriram,
Caring uncle (Periyappah) of Mathuvanthi (London),
Cherished nephew (foster son) of the late Kandasamy, Rasamalar and Rupasounthari,
Loving nephew of the late Sellam and Kulendrarajah (Swiss).
His Funeral and Final rites functions will be conducted from around 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 14 July 2021 at his residence in Polykandy, followed by Cremation at the Urani Hindu Cemetery.
