Mrs. Easparam Sabaratnam, who was born in Batticaloa and lived in Old Police Station Road, Kaladdy, Valvetti, Jaffna and later in Toronto, Canada, passed away peacefully in Canada and was embraced by God on Saturday, 22 January 2022.

She is the beloved daughter of the late Sellathurai and Rasammah,
 
Loving daughter in law of the late Vallipuram and Thangamuthu,
 
Beloved wife of the late Sabaratnam,
 
Ever loving mother of Lakshman (Viji), Pirahalathan (Jinji Ramanan), Gowri, Sounthari (Sundari), Shankari and Uthaman (Jimbo),
 
Loving mother in law of Suthamathi, Pushpakala, Anbalagan, Varan and Thamilarasi,
 
Kind and loving sister of the late Navaratnarajah, Thavamani, Kirubairajah, Thavarajah and Nesarajah,
 
Affectionate grandmother of Abhinaya, Archana, Praveen, Sanjeev, Melanie, Shiyani, Kevin, Senthuran, Ashwini and Kashini.
