Mr. Elaiyathamby Ananthanadarajah, who was born in Sivapragasam Road, Vannarponnai, Jaffna and lived in Dehiwala, Colombo, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 15 April 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elaiyathamby and Sivakolunthu,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sittampalam (Anantha Teacher) and Parasakthy,
He is the beloved husband of Mathiniyar,
Ever loving father of Shanthakumar (Built Element Ltd., Ratmalana), Sivakumar (Swiss), Jegathjenani (France), Ongarani and Sridevi (London),
Loving father in law of Umamaheswary (Presbyterian Girls School, Colombo 10), Sivagowri (Swiss), Veneeswaran (deceased) and Jeyaseelan (London),
Kind and Loving brother of the late Maheswary, Nallainathan and Vaikunthavasan, and also of
Pathmavathy, Navamani, Kathirkamathamby, Ragunathan, Punithavathy and Paramagnanam,
Loving brother in law of the late Murugavel, Muthukumarasamy, Bagavathy, Sivakolunthu,
Pandimathevy, and also of Saravanabavan and Meenadchisuntharam,
Affectionate grandfather of Vinushan, Jananthan, Lakshmitha, Varshini, Harshini, Mathuvathy and Sriganesh.
His remains will lie in state for final tributes at the Galkissa Mahinda Parlour on Sunday, 18 April
2021 from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with funeral and final rites functions conducted later, followed by Cremation at around 05:00 PM at the Galkissa General Cemetery.
