Mrs. Indrany Thurairatnam, who was born in Valvettithurai, Jaffna, and lived in Scarborough,Canada, passed away peacefully at her residence in Canada, and was embraced by God on Friday, 19 March 2021.
She is the beloved wife of the late Mr. Kathiripillai Thurairatnam (former Member of Parliament, Point Pedro),
Beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Vaithilingam and Thangarani Ammal,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kathiripillai and Sellamuthu,
Ever Loving mother of Sivakandarajah (Canada; Bank of Montreal), Thirumaraichelvi (Canada),
Mahendrarajah (Canada, Hammond Power), the late Vandaiyalur Parameswararajah (Atchan, Major Kamal) and Senthamilchelvi (England),
Kind and Loving sister of the Rasalingam (Australia), Pushparani (Canada), Chandralingam
(Valvettithurai), Selvarani (Canada), Sivaruparani (Canada), Anandalingam (Canada), Gnanalingam (New Zealand), Skandalingam (England), Vijayarani (Colombo) and Amirthalingam (Norway),
Loving mother in law of Radhika (Royal Bank), Pathmanathan (Canada Revenue Agency),
Suntharamalar (Revera) and Manoharan,
Loving sister in law of the late Selvamaniyammah Singaravel,
Also the loving sister in law of Susheela, Velupillai (deceased), Paruvathavarthini, Rajeswary,
