Jeyabalan Bonney (fondly known as Baba), of London, UK passed away on Saturday, December 10th at St George’s Hospital in London, UK. He was 71 years old.
He was the beloved son of Prince Tharmathungam Bonney and Helen Kulakolunthu Bonney,
Husband of Easwary Bonney,
Father of Jeffrey Bonney and Jeremy Bonney, London, UK,
Father-in-Law of Angela Bonney,
Grandfather of Jakob and Lukas Bonney,
Brother of Indra Nalliah, Jeyaseelan Bonney and Rathy Selvarasiah in the UK, and Ranee
Visvalingam (deceased), Ranjitham Jeevaraj (deceased) and Balendra Bonney in Sri Lanka.
Born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, he immigrated to the UK in 1974, living in a few different places in
London before moving to his final residence in Wimbledon.
Jeyabalan studied at St. John's College, Jaffna and later at St. John's Academy in Jaffna. In the
UK, he graduated at Middlesex University with a BSc in Mathematics.
Jeyabalan worked hard his whole life to provide for his loved ones and build a great home and
family in London.
He enjoyed travelling, doing business and cooking. He will be missed dearly.

The service is taking place in London on Wednesday, December 28th and is by invitation only.
