Mr. Kailayer Rasaratnam, who was born in Chunnakam, Jaffna and lived in Kantharodai West, Jaffna passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 15 February 2022.
He is the beloved son of the late Sinnaddy Kailayer and Muthupillai.
Loving son in law of the late Sellathurai and Rathinam.
Beloved husband of Sarojinidevi.
Ever loving father of Shakila (Swiss), Selvagiri (London), Dhushyanthan (Swiss), Puvinthan (France), Hemachandran (Teacher), Nirojan (France) and Anushan (Engineer).
Loving father in law of Thayalaranjan (Swiss), Lambotharan (London), Vijayavathani (Swiss), Ushanthini (France), Krishanthi (Ayurveda Doctor) and Vithushana (Lecturer).
Kind and loving brother of Sellamah, Pathmavathy, the late Ponnuthurai, Gunaratnam, Ratnam and Pushpavathy.
Loving brother in law of the late Thurairajah, Thangarajah, Murugiah, Selvarani and Theivendram.
Affectionate grandfather of Vaishnavi, Ilakiyan, Vinojan, Rinojika, Dylakshika, Aradhana, Nathurshan, Sarujan and Aventhika.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence at around 11:00 AM, on Thursday, February 17, 2022, followed by cremation at the Sangam Pulavu Hindu Cemetery in Kantharodai.
