Mrs. Kamaladevi Thevarajah, who was born in Alvai North, Point Pedro, Jaffna, and lived in Wellawatte, Colombo, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Friday, 18 June 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thambiah and Vallipillai,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Velupillai and Annammah,
Beloved wife of Mr. Thevarajah (Senior Tax Assessor, Colombo),
Ever Loving mother of Senkathir (Germany), Vasanthakumari (Canada), Mathiyalagan (Teacher; Royal College, Colombo), Prabaharan (Regional Secretariat, Vavauniya), Chandrakumari (France), Kubendran (Canada), Ravindran (London) and Jeyavathany (Colombo),
Kind and Loving sister of Thavamanidevi,
Loving mother in law of Sumathy Senthilkumaran, Thanuja, Dharshini, Vigneswaran, Vinothini, Mythili and Jeyaruban,
Affectionate grandmother of Shashangi, Shamugi, Sathvikan, Sathana, Suruthi, Vithujan, Mathushaki, Athmikan, Aarathya, Ashwikan, Akshayan and Arthikan.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted on Saturday, 20 June 2021 at around 10:00 AM followed by cremation at the Kanatte General Cemetery in Borella.
