Mrs. Kanagammah Vinayagamoorthy, who was born in Saravanai East, Jaffna, and lived in Dehiwala, Colombo, and Urumpirai, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Friday, 29 January 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nagarajah and Sellammah,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Vaithiyalingam and Seethevipillai,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Vinayagamoorthy,
Ever loving mother of Rajamoorthy, Thatparamoorthy (deceased), Kirubamoorthy (deceased),
Thirumanachelvi, Pangayatchelvi and Thaneswary,
Loving mother in law of Thanalakshmi, Karunavathy, Logamalar, Mahadevan, Satkunanathan
and Vel Alagan,
Kind and loving sister of the late Somasundaram and Subramaniam,
Loving sister in law of Chinnammah, and the late Saraswarthy, Kamadchiyammah, Muthukumar
and Paramasundaram,
Loving cousin sister of Thambirajah, Balalojini and Thadchayini,
Affectionate grandmother of Thanuja- Pathmaruban, Sutharjan -Lojini, Sugirja -Satharuban,
Kalpana -Mayuran, Janani -Brinthapan, Senthuran -Valaji, Sivaharan -Keerthana, Vasantharuban

Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence, on Sunday, 31 January 2021, at around 11:00 AM, followed by Cremation at the Saravanai Punnankandy Hindu Cemetery.
