Mrs. Vimaladevi Kanagasabai, who was born in Palavodai, Kalapoomi, Karainagar, Jaffna, and lived in Ukkulankulam, Vavuniya, passed away and was embraced by God on Friday, August 28, 2020.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ratnam and Sinnammah,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kandiah (Panadura Famous Businessman –‘Pisin’Kandiah) and Theivanaipillai,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Kandiah Kanagasabai,
Ever loving mother of Balasubramaniam (Balan; Canada), Kanagarupa (Swiss), Sivaruban
(Canada), the late Chenkutuvan (Punithan), Vasuki (Vavuniya) and Manjula (London),
Loving mother in law of Gowridevi (Canada), Thayaparan (Swiss), Navaranjini (Canada),
Vivekanandarajah (Vavuniya) and Mahendrarajah (London),
Loving sister of the late Kanagambigai, Sarojinithevi (Uruthirapuram) and the late Yogeswary,
Loving sister in law of Parameswary, the late Mahadevan, Vasanthadevi, the late Tharmalingam,
Kanagalingam and the late Kanagaratnam,
Also the sister in law (Sahaly) of Kamalendram, Ponnammah and Manohararajah,
Affectionate grandmother of Oviya, Dhuvya, Navin, Sengavi, Sambavi, Bhanuja, Dhashmika,
Ketharani and Gajanan.
Her Funeral and Final Rites functions will be conducted at her residence on Sunday August 30,
2020, at around 7:00 AM, followed by cremation at the Thadchanangulam Hindu Cemetery.
