Mr. Kandiah Pathmanathan, who was born in Aiyakadalai Pillaiyar Kovilady, Punnalaikadduvan, Jaffna, and lived in Vannarponnai, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Friday, 17 December 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Kandiah and Asaipillai,
Beloved husband of Vijayalakshmi,
Kind and loving brother of the late Thiyagarajah, Kathirithamby and Annapillai,
Ever loving father of Prema, Shyama, Soma, Ravichandran and Shanthi,
Loving father in law of Jeyatharan, Thanapalan, Vivekananthan, Sylvi and Bala,
Affectionate grandfather of Stephen, Kevin, Jesslyn, Vinoth, Nishanth, Priyan, Divyan, Dylakshan, Deepika, Thishankan, Thipankini, Shawn, Jeshana and Abhishana.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence at No. 10/1, Lotus Road,
Vannarponnai, Jaffna on Monday, 20 December 2021, at around 09:30 AM, followed by cremation at Kombayanmanal Hindu Cemetery.
