He is the beloved eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kandiah and Ponnammah,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nadarajah and Maheswary of Jaffna,
Beloved husband of Indrany (Malar),
Kind and loving brother of the late Mangayarkarasi Thurai,
Loving uncle (Chiththappah) of Sivanesan and Gowri,
Caring uncle (Periyappah) of Vijitha, Vithusha, Vivek, Vinesh and Vinoth,
Affectionate uncle (Mama) of Harisha, Suthan, Divya, Sharanya, Thivagaran, Dinesh, Theepikan
and Deepika.
