Mr. Kanthappu Kumarasamy (Retired Agricultural Department Officer), who was born in Arali, Jaffna, and lived in Wellawatte, Colombo, passed away and was embraced by God on Saturday, 24 July 2021.
He is the beloved husband of the late Annalakshmi of Arali,
Ever loving father of Malarvili Gnanasekaram (Retired Teacher, Arali) (deceased) and Rajendran
(Sydney, Australia),
Loving father in law of Mr. Marimuthu Gnanasekaram (Retired Teacher) and Mrs. Kumuthini
Rajendran (Sydney, Australia),
Affectionate grandfather (Appappah) of Dhakshina and Mahesh,
Kind and loving younger brother (Thamby) of the late Kanthappu Subramaniam (HNB),
Also the kind and loving older brother (Anna) of Mrs. Nagaratnam Kandiah (Thangam; Arali/ Canada),
Loving brother in law of Sivakolunthu Subramaniam (deceased), Dr. Nagalingan Kandiah (Retired Doctor, Arali and Canada), Mr. Nagalingam Kanapathipillai (Sydney, Australia) and Dr. (Mrs.) Thavamani Kanapathipillai (Sydney, Australia).
His remains were cremated in Colombo on Sunday, 25 July 2021.
