Mr. Karalapillai Pathmanathan, who was born and lived in Jaffna, and also lived in Montreal, Canada, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 23 February 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karalapillai and Ponnammah,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kanthappu and Rasakili,
Beloved husband of Thevarani,
Kind and Loving brother of the late Rajadevi, Parameswary (Sri Lanka) and Thanalakshmi(Thanam; India),
Ever loving father of Niranjan (Canada), Nishanthi (France), Jayanthini (London), Jayasuthan (France) and Yalini (Sri Lanka),
Loving father in law of Shamini (Canada), Kanagendran (France), Vaheesan (London), Sharmila
(France) and Thiruvarangan (Sri Lanka),
Affectionate grandfather (Ammappah) of Nithilashan, Yuvathika, Ganathipan (France), Shamika,
Visahan (London) and Prithika (Sri Lanka),
Caring grandfather (Appappah) of Karikalan and Anabhayan.
His remains will be laid to rest on Wednesday, 24 February 2021 at around 11:00 AM at the
Kombayamanal Hindu Cemetery.
