Mr. Karthigesu Jeganathan, who was born in Batu Gajah, Malaysia, and lived in Tholpuram,
Anuradhapura, Colombo, South Africa, New Zealand, and later in Perth, Australia, passed away
peacefully and was embraced by God on Monday, 11 January 2021.
He is the Beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sinnathamby Karthigesu (Malayan Pensioner) and Annalakshmi,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sampanthar Nadarajah, JP (Crown Proctor, and Chairman, Urban Council, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka) and Kanthimathi,
Kind and loving husband of the late Sakunthala (Retired Teacher),
Ever loving father of Mythili (Auckland), Janarthana (Canberra), Sanjayan (Perth) and the late
Pratheepan,
Loving father in law of Sathiyanathan (Auckland), Yasotha (Canberra) and Sivajini (Perth),
Kind and loving brother of the late Balambigai ammal, Thangaratnam, Shanmuganathan, Rasammah, Vallinayaki ammal, Saraswathy ammal, Kasivisvanathan and Sithamparanathan, and also of Panchadcharanathan (Sydney), Kanagambigai ammal (London) and Sivakambigai ammal (Colombo),
Affectionate grandfather of Gajanan -Smitha (Brisbane), Mayuran -Ananthini (Sydney), Janani (Sydney), Saithanya (Perth), Amithab (Perth) and Aparna (Perth),
Dearly loving great grandfather of Lalitha Mayuri (Brisbane).
