Mrs. Ledchumy Somasundaram, who was born Velanai East, Ward No, 4, Jaffna, and recently lived in Kokuvil, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 31 August 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Arumugam and Sinnapillai,
Loving daughter in law of the late Arumugam Muthupillai,
Beloved wife of Mr. Somasundaram,
Kind and Loving sister of the late Shanmugarajah, Sellammah and Arulammah,
Ever Loving mother of Mahadevan (France), Vivekanandan (Vivek Master), Subathradevi (France), Kamalanathan (France) and Vijayadevi,
Loving mother in law of Navaratnadevi (France), Malini Thangarajah (France), Rubi (France) and
Nithiyananthan,
Affectionate grandmother of Anujan (Canada), Ahilan (Canada), Sinthuja Amutharaj, Purushothaman, Keerthana, Sajeepan (Australia), Gunalini Nithiyarajah, Dwaragan Madonna, Ishalini (France), Barathan, Lakshman, Piriyan (France), Thenuka, Lavaneethan and Arusha,
Dearly loving great grandmother of Vinush, Ashwin (Canada), Arogi, Asritha and Anjana(France).
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence at around 12:00 Noon, on Wednesday, 01 September 2021.
