Mrs. Malarmathi Srisailendran (Myna), who was born in Urumpirai, Jaffna, and lived in India, UK, and later in Toronto, Canada, passed away and was embraced by God on Sunday, 24 January 2021.
She is the Beloved daughter of Mr. Manoharan (Retired English Teacher, Jaffna Hindu College) and Mrs. Malarsothi,
Loving daughter in law of the late Dr. and Mrs. Velauthapillai and Pathmeswary,
Beloved wife of Mr. Srisailendran,
Ever loving mother of Thunahai, Sriharendran and Tharagai,
Kind and loving sister of Mathyalagi, Mathiyarasi and Mathimannan, all of the UK,
Loving sister in law of Harischandra (UK), Sureshkumar (UK), Thayalini (UK), Suthamathi (Canada),
Dr. Amaranathan (Sri Lanka), Muralitharan (UK), Gopimanoharan (Sri Lanka) and Ganeshananthan (Sri Lanka),
Also the loving sister in law (Sahaly) of the late Sureshkugendra, Dr. Dhushyanthi (Australia), Maya (UK) and Tharani (Judge; Sri Lanka),
Affectionate aunty (Chiththy) of Lakshman, Priya, the late Krishna, Meera, Divya, Sanjeev, Suruthi and Aruthiran,
Loving aunty (Periyammah) of Oviya, Arunmoli and Aathirai,
Caring aunty (Mami) of Dwaraga.
Due to the current Covid 19 situation in the country, her holy remains will lie in state with the Family Members only for Viewing on Sunday, 31 January 2021, and will be Cremated on Monday, 01 February 2021.
