Mr. Murugesu Sornalingam, who was born in 3rd Cross Street, Point Pedro, Jaffna and lived in Market Street, KKS, Jaffna, and later in School Street, Kondavil, Jaffna passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Monday, 18 October 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Murugesu and Sinnatchipillai,
Loving son in law of Kandiah and Sivakolunthu,
Beloved husband of Thevarani,
Ever loving father of Thevalingam (Teacher), Jeevakumaran (Canada, Agriculture Faculty, Unit 19), Premalatha (Teacher) and Tharmathan (Attorney at Law),
Loving father in law of Shakila, Sivaranjini and Raguparam (A.D.O),
Kind and loving brother of the late Selvanayaki, Sundaralingam, Nadarajalingam and Yoganayaki,
Loving brother in law of the late Rajeswary and Indrany, and also of Sriskandarajah, Rudrasenan and Packiyarani,
Affectionate grandfather of Gopitha, Nivethan, Harishan, Thanvika, and Hajanan.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence on Tuesday, 19 October 2021, at around 11:00 AM.
