Mr. Muthiahpillai Selvalingarajah, who was born in Thellipalai, Jaffna, and lived in Hospital Road, Kalmunai, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 20 July 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Muthiahpillai and Sivakolunthu,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Amparai and Thangammah,
Beloved husband of Puvaneswary (Retired Teacher, Kalmunai/ Carmel Fatima College, National School),
Ever loving father of Indrajith, Indralal, Indika, Indralojan and Sinthuja,
Kind and Loving brother of Muthuvelraju, Sivalingarajah, Pushpalingarajah, Muthurani,
Shanmugalingarajah, Shanthalingarajah, Vignalingarajah and Nithiyakumari,
Loving brother in law of Pushparani, Ratnakumari, Uthamadevi, Sivaloganathan, Ratnarubi,
Vasanthayogini, Ranjini, Ravindran, Gengeswary, Chandramathy, Parameswary, Naguleswaran
and Baskaran,
Loving brother in law (Sahalan) of Murugesapillai, Rajendran and Kunrakumaran,
Caring cousin brother of Rasamangai and Sasikala,
Loving father in law and uncle (Mama) of Gomathy, Jeyakanthan, Yogasudharshini, Sarujan Prashath, Nilojini, Hemija, Athavan, and the late Bavitharan,
Affectionate grandfather of Anarsha, Advisha, Seyone, Subhan, Swarna and Shevithra,
Cherished grandfather (cousin) of Loganathan, Gayathri, Viraj, Mithurshan, Mithurshika and
Abilakshana.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence, on Wednesday, 21 July 2021 at around 02:30 PM, followed by Cremation at the Kalmunai Hindu Cemetery.
