Pulavar Sangam), who was born in Velanai West and lived in Kokuvil, Jaffna, passed away
peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 10 December 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Muthukumaraswamy and Kamadchiammah,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponnambalam and Balambigai,
Beloved husband of Sountharambigai,
Ever loving father of Gnanasundaran (Deputy Director, Jaffna Education Department), Gnanasundari (London), Balasundari (Teacher, Jaffna Hindu Ladies College), Yamalasundari (Swiss), Sivakalai (Teacher, Jaffna Hindu Elementary School) and Karthika (Development Officer, Jaffna Regional Health Services Department),
Loving father in law of Sugirtha, Umapathykumar (London), Mohanaraj (Teacher, Jaffna Skandavarodaya College), Sathiyalingam (Swiss), Jeyshankar (RB Electronics) and Murugan,
Kind and loving brother of the late Mrs. Valambigai, Panchadcharam and the late Mrs. Sivakamasundary Ponnambalam,
Loving brother in law of Chitsabesan (Canada) and Vaitheeswaran (France),
Loving older brother (Annan) of Kalaivani (Canada) and Thamaraichelvi (France),
Affectionate grandfather of Saravanan, Thanushiya, Guruparan, Sivakumar (London), Senthan, Menaka, Sharanya, Sayanthani, Mathurangani (Switzerland), Gopishan and Shobana.
His Funeral and Final Rites functions were conducted at his residence on Thursday, 10 December 2020 followed by Cremation at around 03:00 PM at the Kokuvil Hindu Cemetery.
