Miss. Parameswary Kumaravelu, who was born Mandaithivu, Jaffna, and lived in Nallur, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God at the age of 69, on Saturday, 11 September 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Kumaravelu and Lakshmi,
Kind and Loving sister of Paramalingam (Kannan -Canada), Ranganayaky, Thilgavathy (Retired Teacher -Jaffna Hindu Ladies Elementary School), Nirmala (Hostel Warden) and the late Swarnalingam (Rangan), Senthamil Selvi and Vaikunthavasan,
Loving aunty (Periyammah) of Dr. Surenuka (USA), Srinikethan (Ministry of Fisheries) and Dr. Lavan (Agastya Naturals & IHTC),
Affectionate aunty (Aththai) of Prashanthan and Arani (Canada),
Caring aunty (Mami) of Ahilan (Engineer, USA) and Mayuri.
Her funeral and final rites functions were conducted at her residence on Monday, 13 September 2021, and her remains were cremated at the Kombayanmanal Hindu Cemetery at around 10:00 AM.
