Mr. Ponnambalam Selvaratnam, who was born in Tholpuram, Chulipuram, Jaffna, and lived in Manipay, Jaffna, and in Wellawatte, Colombo, passed away, and was embraced by God on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponnambalam,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Rasaiah,
Beloved husband of the late Kamalaloshani (Retired Teacher, Manipay Hindu College),
Ever Loving father of Abhirami (Accountant, Jo Lanka),
Loving father in law of Jeyaram (Engineer, Luminex Pvt., Ltd.),
Kind and Loving brother of the late Nagaratnam and Kanagaratnam (Manipay),
Loving brother in law of the late Tharmaratnam and Jeyaseelaratnam, and also of
Chandravathani (Rani, UK), Ranjithamalar (Canada) and Sriskandarajah (UK).
His remains will be kept for Viewing at the Galkissa, Mahinda Parlour, on Thursday, August 20,
2020, at around 8:00 AM, followed by Funeral and Final Rites functions at around 11:00 AM, with Cremation later at around 1:00 PM.
