Mr. Ponnampalam Rajaratnam, who was born and lived in Chunnakam South, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 10 December 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponnampalam (Saddambiar) and Annammah,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Veeravagu and Sinnatchipillai (of Moolai),
Beloved husband of Sithampareswari,
Ever loving father of Thayaparan (Swiss) and the late Vijitha,
Loving father in law of Manjula (Swiss),
Kind and loving brother of the late Maheswary, Thuraisingam (Colombo), the late Kanageswary (Yogam) and Kamaladevi,
Loving brother in law of the late Thamotharampillai, Thilagavathiyar, Meenadchipillai, Kanagasabapthy and Ponnambalam, and also of Mahalakshmipillai,
Affectionate grandfather of Dwaragan (Swiss), Vanthana (Swiss) and Ilakiyan (Swiss).
His Funeral and Final Rites functions will be conducted at his residence on Friday, 11 December 2020 at around 10:00 AM followed by Cremation at the Kothiyalady Hindu Cemetery.
