Mr. Ponniah Balasingam, who was born and lived in Puthukudiyiruppu, Mullaithivu, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Monday, 08 February 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponniah and Lakshmi,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Saravanamuthu and Viyalammah,
Beloved husband of Veeralakshmi,
Ever loving father of Rajeswaran (London), Yogeswary, Jegatheeswary (London), Ketheeswary
(Teacher), Ketheeswaran (G.M - Puthukudiyiruppu All Purpose Cooperative Society), Baleswary
(Canada) and Gnanavel (London),
Loving father in law of Ranjitha (London), the late Mahendrarajah, Thavarajah (London), the late Chandra, Anbumani, Jeyalalitha, Ragunathan (Canada) and Mekala (London),
Kind and loving brother of the late Rajalingam and Manickam, and also of Thuraisingam and
Veerasingam,
Loving brother in law of Kanagalakshmi, Nagaratnam, Selvaratnam, Rajaratnam, the late Nesaratnam and Gunaratnam, and also of Kanagaratnam and Navaratnam,
Affectionate grandfather of Patheeswaran -Kalaiarasi, Vasanthi, Manimaran, Karunaharan - Thembayini, Sinthuja, Snagavi, Sambavi, Chandresan, Ahalvili, Ashwina, Thavalakshan, Milan, Sajanth, Sasiharan, Shobika, Shankaran, Shankisai and Saruja,
Dearly loving great grandfather of Laharani and Suraban.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted on Tuesday, 09 February 2021 at around 02:00 PM, followed by Cremation at the Puthukudiyiruppu Hindu Cemetery.
