Mr. Ponniah Selvaratnam, who was born in Kondavil, Jaffna and lived in France, Germany and Canada passed away, and was embraced by God on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponniah and Sothipillai,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. Kandiah and Annamuthu,
Beloved husband of Sarathadevi,
Kind and loving brother of the late Rajaratnam, Parameswary, Rajeswary (Rani), and also of Maheswary (Canada), Kanagaratnam (Germany), Kanageswary (Thevi; Canada) and Vimaladevi (Indra; Canada),
Loving brother in law of the late Aiyathurai (Selvam), Ponnambalam (Amman) and Karalapillai, and also of Sakunthaladevei, Rajalingam, both of Canada, Pathmanathan (Pungudithivu) andParameswary (Thellipalai),
Also the Loving brother is law (Matchaan) of Ambigaidevi, the late Pathmadevi, Rajini, Manickavasagar, Navaratnam and Subramaniam.
