Prof. Subramaniam Sivanayagamoorthy, who was born in Nedunthivu, Jaffna, and lived in Canada passed away peacefully in Canada, and was embraced by God on Saturday, 30 January 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Subramaniam and Theivanai,

Ever loving father of Ravindran, Puveendran, Suseendran, Suganthini, Yogendran, Subhashini and Gajendran,
Kind and loving brother of Parasakthy (Retired Teacher), Annpoorani (Retired Nurse), and the late Thangarathinam and Kamalmbigai,
Loving uncle (Mama) of Shanthi, Sarthana, Krishanthi, Jeevothayan, Prapalini, Surehskumar and
Tharani,
Loving brother in law of Balasingam (Retired Grama Sevakha), Shanmugam (Former Power Authority Manager), Nadarajalingam (Retired Principal), Rajalingam (Retired Principal), Yogalakshmi Thiyagalingam (Retired Principal), Kanagalakshmi (Retired Vice Principal), Mahalakshmi, Santhanalakshmi (Retired Teacher), Sritharalingam, Vijayalakshmi (Teacher), Satkunarani, Saratha, Pathmasenan, Jeyamalar (Retired Lecturer), Sundaralingam (Retired Head Teacher), Sathiyanathan, Thurairatnam (Retired CTB Officer), Kamaladevi, Kasinathan, the late Selvarajah and Satchithanantham (Former Housing Development Authority Officer),
