It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Mrs. Puvaneswary Ponmailainathan on the 3rd of June 2026 in Sydney, Australia at the age of 89.
Puvaneswary was born in Karugampanai, Tellipalai, Sri Lanka,
She was the beloved daughter of the late Mr. Suppiramaniam & Mrs. Thangappillai,
Cherished daughter in law of the late Mr. Subramaniam & Mrs. Thangamuthuppillai,
Devoted wife of the late Mr. Pon Mailainathan ,
Loving mother of Mrs. Mythili Naganthiran, Mrs. Jananie Vakeeswaran, Dr. Pon Ketheswaranan, Pon Janahan and the
Treasured mother in law of Mr. Naganthiran Somasundaram, Dr. Thirunavukarasu Vakeeswaran, Dr. Sivarathy Keetheswarn and Mrs. Brintha Janahan
She was the caring grandmother of Lorjan, Taynissa, Thesha, Nirmataa, Varshni, Theshnie, Kescharan, and Hanishka.
She was also the beloved sister of the late Mr. Kanagasabai, late Mr. Ponnuthurai, late Mr. Navaratnam and late Mr. Kumarespillai.
