Mrs. Puvaneswaryammah Singaravelu, who was born in Polykandy, Point Pedro, Jaffna, and lived in Chundikuli, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Sunday, 18 July 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thuraichamy and Kanmanyammah,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Visuvalingam and Sinnapillai,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Singaravelu of Mathagal (Deputy Government Agent, Chettikulam,
Karaithuraipattu, and Additional Deputy Government Agent, Head Secretariat, Mullaithivu),
Ever loving mother of Dr. Kumaravel (Provincial Health Services Department, Northern Province), Tharani (England) and the late Murugavel (Perelilan),
Loving mother in law of Vimalarajah (England) and Dhushyanthi (Provincial Livestock Development Department),
Affectionate grandmother of Kanigai (England) Eluparithi (deceased), Elilini, Pirithigai (England), Velini and Venila,
Kind and Loving sister of the late Maheswaryammah, Navaratnasamy and Rajalakshmiyammah, and also of Selvamanickam,
Loving sister in law of the late Ambigaiammah, Kandumani (England) and the late Paramalingam,
Also the loving sister in law (Sammanthy) of Ratnam and Shanmugam families.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence on Tuesday, 20 July 2021, at around 12:00 Noon, followed by cremation at the Kombayanmanal Cemetery at around 01:00 PM.
