Mrs. Poomani Rasarathinam, who was born in Amman Road, Thirunelvely, Jaffna and lived in Neervely, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 05 April 2022.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Nagamuthu and Ponnammah.
Beloved wife of the late Rasarathinam.
Ever loving mother of Sathiyadevi, Thaneswaran (deceased), Leelavathy, Yogeswaran (deceased), Umavathy and Pathmavathy.
Kind and loving sister of the late Parimalam, Rasiah, Thambiaiah, Alagammah, Navaratnam and Selvarajah, and also of Manonmani and Packiyam.
Loving sister in law of the late Pathmanathan.
Loving aunty (Periyammah) of Bavani, Prabaharan, Brintha (deceased) and Ratheepan.
Loving mother in law of Sivarajah, Gaidy, Mahendran, Shalini (deceased), Chandrakumar and Kalaichelvan.
Affectionate grandmother of Mithiya -Thakeer, Meera -Venthan, Sharanya, Julia, Prasanna -Sangeerthana, Sharanyan, Shobitha, Nivetha -Senthuran, Narmatha and Athavan.
Dearly loving great grandmother of Arjun, Jasmine and Jayden.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence on Tuesday, 05 April 2022, at around 04:00 PM.
