Mr. Ruthirarajah Subramanium

Mr. Ruthirarajah Subramanium was born in Sri Lanka (August 22th 1932), lived in Nallur, Uduvil, & Colombo Sri Lanka, and later moved to Hillsborough NJ. He passed away peacefully on May 27th, 2026 in Hillsborough, NJ.
He was the loving son of the late Kanakambikai Subramanium and the late Subramanium Ponnaiah.
He was the devoted husband of Arunthathy Ruthirarajah, and the beloved father of Abhiramy Aravinthan (USA), Sivagaamy Ganesan (UK), and Senthooran Ruthirarajah (UK).
He was the loving father-in-law of Aravinthan Rajendra (USA) and Aravinthan Ganesan (UK), and the doting grandfather of Aarana, Athavan, and Achuthan.
He was also an endearing brother to Savithiri Ambikapathy, [late] Sivalogamani Chelliah, [late] Sridharan Subramanium, and [late] Dr Ranjin Balakumaran.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday June 2nd, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, the family honors his memory by requesting donations to the Ilankai Tamil Sangam. All gifts will go toward a special project in his cherished homeland.
