Mrs. Saraswathy Rasa, who was born and lived in Chunnakam, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 16 February 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ponnambalam and Sinnathangatchi,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kandiah and Theivanai,
Beloved wife of Mr. Rasa,
Ever loving mother of Rajkumar, Shanthakumari, Suriyakumari, Easwarakumar, Sureshkumar and Mithunakumari,
Kind and loving sister of the late Shanmugavadivel, Nithiyananthavadivel, Sathiyawathy and
Saroyinidevi,
Loving cousin sister of Annalakshmi,
Loving mother in law of Soupackiyavathy, Sivanantham (deceased), Thuraiaiah, Yamini, Rasimalar and Murugananthan,
Affectionate grandmother of Thivajini, Shiyalini, Gajani, Kokilani, Jeyani, Aarani, Deepika, Shobika, Mithun, Showmi, Sangavi, Inthuja, Naveen and Rathosha,
Dearly loving great grandmother of Kathirvel, Karthivel, Saravanavel, Krishnikan and Thithika.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence in Chunnakam, on Tuesday, 16 February 2021, followed by Cremation at the Kothiyal Cemetery.
