Mrs. Sarathadevi Sivasamboo, who was born in Mallakam, Jaffna and lived in Kondavil, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Wednesday, 05 January 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Akilesar Sivasamboo,
She is the beloved daughter of the late Ambalavanar and Thangammah,
Ever loving mother of Dhushyanthan, Dhushyanthi (London) and Thananjayan (Sungu) (Teacher,
Ramakrishna Vidyalayam, Colombo),
Loving mother in law of Manivannan (London) and Brintha (Teacher, Saiva Mangayar Kalagam, Colombo),
Affectionate grandmother of Branavan and Sanjithan,
Kind and loving sister of the late Sivayoganathan and Vimaladevi,
Loving sister in law of the late Mayilupillai, and also of Vimala.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence at around 10 AM, on Sunday, 09 January 2022, and her remains will be taken for cremation to the Thavady Hindu Cemetery.
