அன்னார், காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான முருகேசு மதிபாலசிங்கம் (Assistant Commissioner of Co-operative Department, Sri Lanka) - கிரேஸ் ஜீவமலர் தம்பதியினரின் அன்பு மகளும், காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான கபிரியேல்பிள்ளை ஞானப்பிரகாசம் - மரியப்பிள்ளை தம்பதியினரின் பாசமிகு மருமகளும்,
Dr. ஞானப்பிரகாசம் மரியதாஸ் செல்வகோன் (Consultant Psychiatrist, Sri Lanka, UK and Canada) அவர்களின் அன்பு மனைவியும்,
சுகன்யா, Dr. மீரா ஆகியோரின் பாசமிகு தாயாரும்
துஷ்யந்த், உமேஷ் ஆகியோரின் அன்பு மாமியாரும்,
விக்ரம், மித்ரதன், நவீன், நேஹா ஆகியோரின் பாசமிகு பாட்டியும்,
விம்மி, Dr. மதி சந்திரகுமார் ஆகியோரின் அன்புச் சகோதரியும்,
லீலா K. சந்திரகுமார், காலஞ்சென்ற G.F. செல்வராஜா, செல்வமலர் மனோகரராஜ் - காலஞ்சென்ற V.A. மனோகரராஜ், Dr. G.A.J. செல்வநாதன் - Dr. எஸ்தர் செல்வநாதன், செல்வரதி அழககோன் - S.J. அழககோன் நிக்கோலஸ், செல்வேந்திரன் - டொ்ரி செல்வேந்திரன் ஆகியோரின் பாசமிகு மைத்துனியும் ஆவார்.
இவ்வறிவித்தலை உற்றார் உறவினர் நண்பர்கள் அனைவரும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் வண்ணம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றீர்கள்.

Mrs. Sathiajothi Selvakone was born in Inuvil, Sri Lanka on May 14, 1946, and passed away on January 3, 2024, in Toronto, Canada. Hailing from Kaddaively, Karraveddy East, Sri Lanka, Sathiajothi lived in Jaffna, Kandy, Colombo, United Kingdom, Vancouver and Toronto,Canada. She was a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Peradeniya-Ceylon (Class of 1966).
Sathiajothi was the loving daughter of the late Mr. Murugesu Mathibalasingham (Assistant Commissioner of Co-operative Department,Ceylon) and late Mrs. Grace Geevamalar Mathibalasingham.
Caring daughter-in-law to the late Mr. Gabrielpillai Gnanapragasam and late Mrs. Mariapillai Gnanapragrasam.
Devoted wife of the late Dr. Gnanapragasam Mariathas Selvakone (Consultant Psychiatrist, Sri Lanka, UK and Canada).
Affectionate mother to Suhanya and Dr. Meera.
Caring mother-in-law to Dushyanth and Umesh.
Loving grandmother of Vikram, Mithran, Navin and Neha.
Adored sister of Vimi and Dr. Mathi Chandrakumar.
Loving sister-in-law to Mrs. Leela K. Chandrakumar, late Mr. G.F. Selvarajah, Mrs. Selvamalar Manokararaj (late Mr. V.A. Manokararaj), Dr.G.A.J. Selvanathan (Dr. Esther Selvanathan), Mrs. Selvarathy Alakakone (Mr. S.J. Alakakone) and Mr. Nick Selva (Mrs. Terry Selva).
The family humbly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Sathiajothi’s name to Eekai Foundation (Eekai Foundation - https://www.eekai.org/) to support worthwhile humanitarian projects.
