Mrs. Savithridevi Thuraisamy (Retired Maths Teacher of Mahajana College), who was born in Veemankamam, Thellipalai, Jaffna, and then lived in Colombo passed away on Friday, 30 July 2021.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Namasivayam and Sinnammah,
She was dearly beloved wife to late Mr. Saravanamuthu Thuraisamy,
Kind and caring mother of Pathmanabhan, Inthumathy, Prabhaharan and Bhanumathy,
Beloved sister of Dr. Annaluxmy, Late Sivamany, Singarasa, Manimehala Thevy, Maheswaran and SarathaThevy,
Cherished mother in law of Krishantha,Yogendran, Ahalya and Sundaralingam,
Caring and loving grandmother of Nirban, Sajeevan, Anjana, Dr. Ahila, Menaha, Rathan, Gajan, Sharanyah and Praveena.
And doting great grandmother of Mila, Niam, Aariyan, Amayan and Varunan.
Remains will lie in state for paying tributes at the Mahinda Funural Parlour on Sunday, 1st August 2021 from 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM, and afterwards funeral will be take place at the General Cemetery, Mount Laviniya.
