She is the beloved wife of the late Ponnambalam Kandiah of Kokuvil,

Jeyadevi (Markham), Kugapalan (deceased), Ganeshapalan (Paris), Srikanthapalan (Markham)
and Umadevi (London),
Loving mother in law of Amarasingam (deceased), Pathmini (USA), Rohini (London),
Kuganendran (Markham), Manohari (Scarborough), Shyamala (Paris), Ahila (Markham) and
Kuganesan (London),
Kind and loving sister of the late Annammah and Rasammah, and also of Kathirgamathamby(Holland), Pushpavathy (Windsor) and Sathiyeswary (London),
Affectionate grandmother of Geetha- Sasi, Sabesan -Rajitha, Sangeetha -Lakshman, Lavanya,
Suganya -Mathew, Sharanya, Shane -Laura, Ragavan -Rebecca, Kuha -Inthy, Pratha -Siva, Sinthu -Priya, Prashath, Abhirami -Dinesh, Bharathy -Richard, Shyam, Lakshman, Dharshi -Anuj and Ahilan,
