It is with deep sorrow that we inform you that our beloved Mrs. Selvarani Balendren, who was originally from Colombo, Sri Lanka and was residing in London, United Kingdom, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Selvarani was the devoted wife of Dr. Kathirgamu Balendren
and cherished mother of Janani Balendren.
She was the loving daughter of the late Thiyagarajah and Saraswathi,
and the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Kathirgamu and Seethalakshmi.
Loving sister of the late Dr. Selvarajah, Selvanayaki, Balasingham, Rajah, and Manoharan.
Affectionate sister-in-law of Ms. Suriyakalanithi, the late Mr. Nadesan, Mrs. Anusha, Mrs. Margaret, and Mrs. Suriyakala.
The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
