Mr. Shanmugam Ketharalingam, who was born in Kudiyiruppu, Vavuniya and lived in Vepankulam, Vavuniya, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 02 November 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Shanmugam and Vallipillai,
Loving son in law of the late Subramaniam and Thilagamani,
Beloved husband of Chandradevi,
Kind and loving brother of the late Sellammah, Sundaralingam and Linganathan, and also of Rasalingam (Raaj Medicals), Tharmalingam (London), Panchalingam, Aumthalingam (Shanmugam & Sons) (deceased) and Arunthavarani,
Ever loving father of Kenthini (Germany), Yalini (Germany), Vinothini (London), Dharshini (France), Kumuthini (London) and the late Vishahini,
Loving father in law of Sakthivadivel (Germany), Rajkumar (Germany), Vaheesan (London),Thibaharan (France) and Sivayogan (London),
Loving brother in law of Sothirajan (Highways Department, Vavuniya), Uthayasothi, Jegasothy, Indradevi, Sarathadevi, Renukadevi, Sinnarajah (deceased), Vimaladevi, Jeyamani, Kalaivani, Yasintha, Kalarathi and the late Vignarajah,
Affectionate grandfather of Deepika, Hamshaviruthan Kasthuri, Akash, Kaaviya, Praveena, Theepath, Subanu, Kavina and Keerthi.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence at around 01:00 PM on Friday, 05 November 2021, followed by cremation at the Thatchanankulam Hindu Cemetery.
